Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · October 22, 2026 · Effective upon Beta publication

ZAD Social — free national Beta for adults. Financial support is optional and grants no privileges.

1. Provider and service scope

Data controller and service provider: Marco Zulian, VAT no. 03334690801, Viale Pio XI 204, 89133 Reggio di Calabria, Italy.
Privacy and support contact: zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu
Platform: ZAD — https://social.zulianarchitetturadigitale.me

ZAD is a social and web platform that allows adults to browse and share content and, depending on available features, post content, react and communicate through private messages. Text posts, photos and photo stories are free in the Beta. Video, live streams and push are disabled. Optional support is not required to register or publish.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Registration requires declaring age 18 or above, without documentary age verification. Ordinary sign-in uses username, password confirmation and a recovery code; free registration requires no real first or last name, home address or email. Accounts, posts and photos are nevertheless hosted on the VPS as described in the Privacy Policy. Google/Apple OAuth is not connected. Pseudonyms are allowed without impersonation. Losing both password and recovery may prevent access; email, Apple ID or document-based recovery is not promised. Administration requires verified MFA, which ordinary recovery cannot bypass. Recovering an account does not reconstruct chat keys.

3. Freedom of expression and responsibility

ZAD supports lawful discussion, criticism, satire and dissent without discrimination based on political opinions. Freedom of expression does not excuse breaches of law, unlawful defamation, threats, violations of privacy, violence or exploitation. Users remain responsible for material they share, as applicable under law.

A pseudonym does not guarantee absolute anonymity, immunity from legal responsibility or protection from identification through public information or valid legal procedures.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

Prohibited uses include child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming of minors, credible threats, unlawful incitement to violence, instructions or offers connected with illegal weapons or drug trafficking, fraud, unlawful disclosure of personal data, copyright violations and using the service to commit crimes. Spam, coordinated harassment, identity theft and deliberate evasion of security measures are also prohibited.

5. Profiles, visibility and content license

Users retain their rights in the content they post and are responsible for having the rights required to share it. They give ZAD a non-exclusive license limited to hosting, technically processing and displaying the content in accordance with the visibility settings and the service's purposes. The license ends upon deletion to the extent legally and technically possible, subject to temporary technical copies, legal duties and material shared by others before removal.

6. Reports, moderation and complaints

Report posts, comments, news or users in the app and consult Reports. Reporting does not automatically remove content. A moderator/administrator with MFA reviews the queue; code supports reasoned dismissal or removal of posts, comments and news, notifying identified authors. User reports do not automatically suspend accounts; a separate procedure is needed.

Affected users may appeal in-app where available. Other complaints and reports without an account can be sent to zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu. Supply URL/identifier, reasons and necessary information without redistributing illegal material. Marco Zulian personally checks zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu and the in-app report queue at least once a day. This is not continuous coverage or a guarantee of a reply or removal within 24 hours. For immediate danger, contact the competent emergency services. For an urgent case, state the danger and content reference; the controller assesses it promptly when received. Appeals receive a reasoned response through available controls or support contact.

Illegal conduct is prohibited in private communications too. Encryption limits technical access to text; it does not authorize illegal acts or blanket exclusions of liability. We claim neither indiscriminate chat reading nor administrative access to encrypted plaintext. User blocking, voluntary reports and valid authority requests remain subject to technical limits and law. The mailbox is not an emergency service; contact competent emergency services for immediate danger.

7. Availability and security

ZAD aims to keep the service reasonably secure and available but cannot guarantee freedom from bugs, outages or unauthorized access. Features may change for technical or legal reasons; material changes will be communicated as required by law. Messaging is covered by the Privacy Policy; any end-to-end encryption claims must be technically verified.

8. Payments, withdrawal rights and applicable law

The Beta requires no subscription or charge to publish available formats. Optional support is €3–€100 once or €1.50 per month, without privileges. The Stripe backend and webhook are connected; acceptance of new contributions can be paused without removing existing management controls. See Free Beta and optional support. In-app cancellation stops future renewals without changing free access. It does not itself refund previous payments; applicable statutory rights are separate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Italian law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in other relevant countries.

9. Contact and amendments

For support, reports or legal questions: zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu. Important amendments will be available and communicated through the service.
