1. Our purpose
ZAD seeks to offer adults a place for public discussion, criticism, information and disagreement. Users do not need to agree with the platform: different viewpoints are welcome, including criticism of institutions, political parties, officials and ZAD itself.
2. What you can do
Use a pseudonym, discuss public matters, disagree and post lawful content. Posts can be public or followers-only; schema 22 includes private accounts and follower approval, with approval controls in the profile. Some profile presentation data remains visible. This configuration does not sell behavioral profiles or use discussion for AI training.
3. What is not permitted
Child sexual abuse/exploitation, grooming, non-consensual intimate images, unlawful incitement, threats, harassment, offers/promotion of illegal weapons or drug trafficking, fraud, doxxing, privacy violations, impersonation, spam and rights infringement are prohibited. Community rules prohibit publishing pornography. Lawful reporting, prevention, discussion and criticism about these topics are not automatically violations; context and law matter.
Prohibitions on illegal conduct also apply in private messages; encryption is no promise of immunity or absence of responsibility.
4. Respecting others' privacy
Do not disclose private details about other people without a lawful basis. Make sure you have the right to share photographs, videos, conversation screenshots and other materials concerning third parties. Public material may be copied by others even after it is deleted.
5. Reporting and blocking
Report posts, comments, news or users in-app and block contacts where needed. Categories include pornography, drugs, weapons, harassment, spam, copyright and privacy. No automatic photo classifier is enabled; a report alone does not remove content. Human reasoned decisions can hide content from view; records may remain for moderation. Appeals on received decisions are available in Reports.
No report button is linked to individual encrypted chat envelopes. Block the contact or email the address below with only necessary information. Do not send private keys, passwords or illegal material or redistribute child sexual abuse material. Chat confidentiality does not preclude technically possible measures or applicable legal duties.
Marco Zulian personally checks zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu and the in-app report queue at least once a day. This is not continuous coverage or a guarantee of a reply or removal within 24 hours. For immediate danger, contact the competent emergency services. For an urgent case, state the danger and content reference; the controller assesses it promptly when received. Appeals receive a reasoned response through available controls or support contact. No continuous monitoring or instant-removal promise is made.
6. Serious violations
ZAD may remove illegal content, restrict distribution, suspend accounts and comply with applicable legal obligations. Specific legal procedures apply to child sexual abuse material and other serious illegal conduct. Pseudonyms do not prevent legally authorized investigations.
