1. The Beta stays free
Registration, reading, profiles, interactions, text posts, photos and photo stories require no payment. Support is optional for the ZAD service and content already provided; it is not charitable fundraising or payment to other users. It grants no privileges. Videos and live streaming are not offered. Any technical pause to new registrations or support is indicated by the interface; contributions are never required for access.
2. Amounts and recurring support
Choose €3–€100 once or €1.50 every month. Monthly support is charged initially and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The total and frequency are shown before confirmation; ZAD adds no extra service or fee to the chosen amount. Your bank’s currency conversion is not a ZAD fee. Charitable or tax-deductible status is not promised.
3. Payment, verification and history
Support ZAD requires explicit optional-support confirmation and acknowledgement of monthly renewal before opening Stripe-hosted Checkout. ZAD receives no full card number or CVC. A browser return does not prove payment: backend verification and authenticated Stripe events determine status. If confirmation is pending, use “Verifica contributo” rather than paying again. History is restricted to its account holder. The backend records the accepted terms version and timestamp.
The dedicated webhook is connected and active; Checkout is available when the interface allows proceeding to Stripe. Suspending new support does not stop event intake, verification or existing renewal management. Native clients open Checkout in a browser following an explicit gesture, without transferring passwords or cookies; verify through history on return. Installation on physical phones has not yet been certified.
4. Stopping monthly renewals
Open Support ZAD, locate your contribution and press “Annulla rinnovo mensile”. Wait for server confirmation. “Rinnovo annullato” means no further renewals are scheduled for that arrangement; status may show the end of the current period. Retry or contact support if confirmation fails. Free access does not change. Uninstalling does not cancel recurring support. Account erasure requires contribution reconciliation and may pause if Stripe is unavailable, rather than losing an obligation that needs managing.
5. Withdrawal, refunds and disputes
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund past payments. No voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee is offered and any applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. Open your history, choose “Recedi dal contratto qui / richiedi rimborso”, supply the declarant name and confirm. An immediate downloadable JSON acknowledgement includes your declaration, contract reference, date and time; save it on your device. Contact email is optional; automatic email delivery is not promised. The operator’s response is available on that page. You may also write to zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu. Never send full card details, passwords or codes. Statutory withdrawal follows applicable conditions and periods; where it applies, the ordinary period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. A monthly recurrence is not presented as a renewed voluntary money-back guarantee. Acknowledgement does not confirm an executed refund. For withdrawal the server attempts to stop associated monthly renewals; a Stripe outage is disclosed and the request remains in the private operator queue.
6. Operator and accounting documents
Marco Zulian — Zulian Architettura Digitale, VAT no. 03334690801, Viale Pio XI 204, 89133 Reggio di Calabria, Italy. Support: zaditalialibera@zulianarchitetturadigitale.eu, checked at least daily without continuous coverage. The operator declares the Italian forfettario tax regime. Stripe receipts and reports document payments; they are not presented as Italian electronic invoices transmitted through SDI. Relevant fiscal documents are handled by the operator with his accountant; the software does not automatically issue SDI invoices. The declared regime is not described as exemption from all tax duties.
